Proclamation

Bet HaSHEM YHWH is a scripturally based ministry, which stands on sound biblical doctrine, extensive study of the Word in the inspired Hebrew and Koine Greek, and revelation knowledge via the Holy Spirit (2 Timothy 2:15; 3:6; 2 Peter 1:20-1).

We affirm that in the beginning Elohim (Hebrew for "mighty ones") created the heaven and the earth (Genesis 1:1), in the beginning was the Word, the Word was with Elohim and the Word was Elohim (Yahn 1:1), and that these three bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit (1 Yahn 5:7).

We affirm that YHWH, the one true El and Heavenly Father, has a name, which was revealed in Scripture (Exodus 3:14-15) over 6,823 times to be glorified and praised in the heavens and earth (Psalm 68:4; Yahn 17:26).

We affirm that the Word emptied of Himself (Phil 2:6-8) to become the only begotten of the Father, and to dwell as flesh among men (Yahn 1:14).

We affirm that Christ Yahshua is the only begotten Son of YHWH (Psalm 2:7), conceived of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 1:18), whose name was prophesied of the angel Gabriel (Luke 1:31; 2:21), born of the seed of David (Matthew 1:1; 1:17), in the town of Bethlehem (Matthew 2:1; Luke 2:4-7), and raised in the city of Nazareth (Matthew 2:23; Luke 2:39-40).

We affirm that He was crucified and died on the Day of Preparation, the day before the High Shabbat, which was Passover (Matthew 26:2,17; 27:35,62-6; Mark 15:42-46; Luke 23:54), and rose after the third day (Matthew 12:40; 28; Mark 16; Luke 24), and ascended into heaven to sit at the right hand side of His Father (Mark 16:19; Ephesians 1:20) until He returns again at His second coming (Matthew 24:30; Luke 21:27; Rev 1:7).

We affirm that YHWH so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever would believe on Him would be saved (Yahn 3:16). For by grace, we are saved through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9).

We affirm that if we confess our sins and repent, and call on the name of Christ Yahshua, (being interpreted YHWH is salvation), that we are forgiven (1 Yahn 1:9; Acts 2:38; Acts 3:19), and saved (Yah El 2:32; Acts 2:21; 4:12). Moreover, we are commanded to work out our salvation (Philippians 2:12; 3:12) and press forward to maturity in Christ (Hebrews 6:1).

We affirm the power of prayer (Philippians 4:6; James 5:16), and that all things are possible in Christ Yahshua to him who believes (Mark 9:23; Philippians 4:13) because without faith it is impossible to please YHWH (Hebrews 11:6).

We affirm and employ the gifts of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12 & 14). We believe on the Holy Spirit, which is able to teach us all things and bring to remembrance the words of Christ (Yahn 14:26).

We affirm and raise up the fivefold ministry: apostles, prophets, teachers, pastors and evangelists according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 12:28; Ephesians 4:8-12). We operate in the fivefold ministry, gifts of the Holy Spirit, and our Christian walk, first and foremost, in the spirit of love (1 Corinthians 16:14).
